England’s National Team is All Set for World Cup Boarding from Birmingham to St. Petersburg

The biggest world event is slowly approaching on June 15, and the rest of the world is stoked for what’s yet to come. It isn’t just the raving football fans left with utmost excitement, but many of the English football players we’ve come to know and love from the Premier League. England’s football representatives are up and about, ready to fly to St. Petersburg from Birmingham for final training and preparation.

The team is flying for five hours to Russia on their private plane, Boeing 757-23N. This year, the English players chose to wear tracksuits over formal suits on their way to Russia choosing comfort over style on their journey to the world stage.

Team captain Harry Cane steps in as a true leader leading his team up the plane, proving his leadership in and out of the field. The team remains positive and in high spirits as they fled from Britain. Let’s hope their level of optimism and drive is consistent throughout the World Cup season.

Manchester United players Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard go to the buddy system throughout the flight, along with Liverpool’s duo Jordan Henderson and Trent Alexander-Arnold. The players will land on the Repino base on Tuesday prior to getting on another flight to Volgograd on Sunday ahead of the opening game.

Since England’s base is located near the Finnish border, the temperature is most likely to drop to 15 degrees Celsius during the team’s training session on Wednesday a day after they land. However, Volgograd’s temperature will rise as high as 33 degrees Celsius by the end of this week. All 23 players of the English national football team will have to brace themselves during final prep and adjust to the fluctuating climate that is to welcome them to Russia.
